I wish i could run it on high though, the graphics are very well drawn and would look so good....
anyway, the music was amazing and the quality of the animation was stunning, but the visual "gap" between missions was really apparent.... the zombie stage was pretty lackluster while the robot stage had you freakin travel through time! also, the the lack of enemy variation got kind of irritating... especially when the backgrounds look identical. its just a bit too repeditive at some parts.
honestly my favorite part was the opener in the beginning
The flash pulls off the whole pixel-art thing well, it and has pretty good music. A major gripe is the lag on the controls... The fish takes too long to start moving and moves too slow once he gets moving. you float around at a snails pace while chunks of naked lady statues hurdle towards you, oysters shoot bubbles at you painfully fast, etc. its challenging, but the "challenge" becomes more of a frustration as time passes.
stunning visuals, not so much playability
this game deserves a whole lot more credit than you guys have been giving. it is repetitive, that i agree on, but its very well drawn and its even got multiplayer. there's no way it deserves a zero.
if more moves or enemies were added, and maybe if you sped up combat a bit, it would be perfect
